Mood sells dietary supplements (gummies) for sleep, calm and energy/immunity. These are dietary supplements, not medicines: they don't replace a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional if you're under treatment.

Prices are shown in the currency matching your location (EUR, USD, GBP, AUD or CAD), tax included, excluding any shipping fee disclosed before checkout. The price charged at payment always matches what's shown on the product page before you confirm. Payment is secured and processed by our provider (Shopify Payments); we never store your card details.

The Mood subscription ships your pack every 30 days and automatically charges the amount shown at signup, until cancelled.

Cancellation. You can cancel anytime, at no cost and without justification, directly from your account page ("My account"), or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future charges: it cancels the next scheduled charge, but doesn't affect an order already shipped.

Already-processed charge. If a renewal charge has already been processed before you cancel — including if cancellation happens too late by mistake or oversight — that charge is not refundable, as the corresponding order is already confirmed and prepared for shipping. Cancel before your next charge date (visible in your account) to avoid an unwanted renewal.

60-night guarantee. Applies to your first order (one-time purchase or first subscription charge): if you're not convinced after 60 nights, write to us for a refund. This guarantee doesn't apply to subsequent subscription renewals.

Under French Consumer Code Article L221-18, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw without justification. Under Article L221-28 3° of the same code, this right doesn't apply to goods unsealed after delivery that can't be returned for health or hygiene reasons — which applies to food products once the packaging is opened. An unopened product can be returned within 14 days; return shipping is at your expense unless the error is ours.

Orders ship within 24 business hours. Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute, absent an amicable resolution, falls under the competent French courts.
